A premium that needs to be paid upon entry to the Marine user fees. It is like an entrance fee. These marine user fees are collected contribute to the financial sustainability of marine sancturary.

In order to preserve the quality of the environment found within the sanctuaries, a fixed number of divers are allowed to enter the sanctuaries daily.
